Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be a pre-order, We unfortunately at this time do not accept returns or submit refunds on orders.  All orders will be promptly processed and shipped within a 14 day period from the date of purchase.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect full payment at checkout, store your payment method and order details upon the shipping of the product as soon as it becomes available.
