Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates

• Shipping cost is calculated on the total after discounts and before tax
• Gift cards don't affect shipping
• Standard shipping and UPS only
• Applicable duty fees still apply

Estimated delivery times

• Orders are usually fulfilled within a 1-2 days
• Shipping adds an additional 3 to 10 business days (dependent on the shipping option of the customer's choice)
• Holidays: Black Friday to New Year's Eve takes longer
• We can't guarantee shipping for a specific date but we will try our best while it is in our hands.

Lost package

Once a package is on its way, the shipping service is responsible for it. Make sure you provided the correct info. If you think you did not, write to us, including your order number. We'll do our best in our limited power.

Tracking

Not all products ship with a tracking number. A single order can include products with and without a tracking number. If you receive a tracking page link, it is only associated with the products mentioned in it. A missing tracking number for a product, even within the same order, is not a sign that something is wrong with your order.
